Brazil stainless flats exports in May up by 7.95%

According to data of the national foreign trade ministry Brazil’s exports of stainless steel flat products totaled 32,745 tonne in May, rising by 7.95% from a month ago but slumping by 34.8% YoY.
In May, Argentina and Colombia were the largest importers of the Brazilian steel flat products.
In the first 5 months of this year, the country’s exports of stainless steel flats totaled 147,018 tonne, jumping by 23.68% YoY.
